6 ways to ensure your PT clients keep coming back

There ain’t no denying it, the times are changing. As people become more and more conscious of their fitness, us PT’s are called upon to swoop in and save the day (or cholesterol levels). Our potential clients browse through articles, watch fitness videos, and try to accomplish the desired levels of fitness at home before they realize that they need a trusted professional to help them. People are unbelievably picky with their PTs, so you need to encourage them to connect with you and stick around for the long haul. So, here are five ways in which you can win your clients over for good.

  1. Give The People What They Want

    Your clients will have certain preferences and goals. You should take some time to understand them and work to fulfil them. Throw out a survey every now and then, ask them for their opinion, encourage them to recommend services and comment on existing routines. Welcome all kinds of feedback and act on reasonable suggestions as quickly as you can. This shows you care for their opinion and want them to get the best possible services.

  2. Offer Rewards for Milestones

    As a personal trainer, you’re aware how difficult it is for a client to remain motivated and commit to workouts for the long term. You can reward them in small ways when they reach milestones. This will motivate them further and give them a feeling of accomplishment. Consider something like giving a week of free training sessions for six months of sticking to the routine. You can also reward them with promotional merchandise like branded water bottles or t-shirts. Apart from making your clients feel part of your fitness family, these will also promote your brand and improve visibility.

  3. Giveaways and Contests for Long Term Clients

    Giveaways and contests are also a great way to show clients your appreciation and keep them motivated.   6. Regular communication and motivation

    One of the best ways to improve your relationship with your client and provide a quality service is through regular communication and motivation.
